We use this app in our work environment for security purposes to help prevent unauthorized logons to computers. The app works as intended. We have no issues with creating new user accounts, installing the software on pc’s, and having employees use the mobile app to verify logging in. After reading through many of the 1 star reviews. It is 100% lack of understanding and user error. People should not give a 1 star review just because of ignorance. It is very misleading and creates a sense of distrust to the software Duo is a highly recommended MFA2 solution in a business environment. MFA2 comes in many forms just like DUO. Whether it is via a confirmation code by SMS, email, Google Authenticator, etc… I prefer the push method. It’s much faster than having to type a 6 digit code. For all you 1 star reviewers. You are what we call an ID10T error.
Doesn’t work

After entering credentials, the duo prompt on the webpage blanks out with no response.
The 1980’s called and they want their tech back.

After using Duo for several months the failure rate is about 40%. Frustrating to say the least but don’t panic, if you restart your login you should be fine on the second or third try.
app support is worst for this

i lost my phone. 2fa was on it. now i cant get back to my instagram account. im getting email for resetting password. but it keeps asking me for security code on duo security. please help. no one contacted me after writing this review a year ago.
Not working good anymore since update
The Q4me
This app use to work on my iPhone 11 and my iPad Pro, but now only works on my iPad. This is a problem because I don’t always have my iPad with me but always have my phone. I initially started with it just on my iPhone and when I got a new iPad I use the same Apple ID so everything from my phone just gets synced to my iPad. That included the Duo app. It was working fine on both devices but not anymore. Can’t find anything on how to fix this.
Locks me out

It CONSISTENTLY locks me out of mobile outlook. I very rarely can access it from my phone which is incredibly frustrating because it is my important email account.
