This is app is useless and serves no purposes whatsoever. I got a new phone and know my password to my account and should be able to log into it. But bc of this stupid app I can not log into my school account because this is a different phone. I can now not get into my school account at all thanks to this app- it needs to be deleted and they need to fix this issue ASAP. They are causing major problems.

The most angry I’ve ever felt was while using this app. The app works about 50% of the time. Please hire a competent software designer. Until then I will be pulling my eyelashes out one by one from the stress your app has caused me.

This whole system is complete crap. I didnt want the app on my phone so i (tried) using the call or send code options. Horrible. Half the time it says calling i font get a call. It will even say “answered please press any key” and i havent answered. If i do get the call and press a key it says “thank you, goodbye” and goes right back to my lock screen. Totally useless.

The most useless piece of trash app I have ever seen.

Let me preface this by saying that I am majoring in Computer Science and this app is a warning to me to not do as horrible and incompetent a job as they did on this. Absolutely disgraceful work. I do not recommend this in the slightest. I’ve spent hours trying to log and no success. Such a waste of time.

My uni forced me to get this Institutes of higher learning are staffed by some of the most fixed minded, single focus, misguided and lazy bureaucrats you'll ever meet. Makes me wonder how they got a job at a place intended to open your world. Mostly just a review of my university, I'm sure the app works fine.

This app is the biggest GOOF of 2022 and why are schools using this two step method???? It’s bad enough I have to submit assignments and now I have to wait 30 minutes for a code to get access to my portal??!!!!!!! This is more frustrating than a 30 page research assignment. Bye.
