App doesn't get past the load screen

Unable to connect immediately with no information available on how to solve the issue. Error code 1 and ea support doesn't even recognize IOS as a platform for this game.
Stuck on "Checking for Updates"

I would have given this five stars but for two issues: 1) My game, which I have played a few years, has been stuck on "checking for updates" now for over a month. I've tried everything. Please post a downloadable update to fix this! 2) There is no way to save my dungeon outside of my iPhone's Game Center. If I go to my Game Center, it overwrites with my spouse's dungeon (Game Center only recognizes the original dungeon, not mine nor our son's) and I lose mine completely. I've rebuilt my dungeon twice because of this! Please create a login at your own center with EA Games!

EA Games: Please quit being money grubbing whores & make a game that is more fun and interesting than yet another crappy 'waiting game' that milks people dry... There is nothing fun about waiting around and wasting money. People would actually pay upfront for a game that was at least like DK2 and you guys would have made so much more money in the long run by making something of QUALITY. You bought the rights to the game and you didn't even need to be original nor imaginative to make a crapload of money. All you had to do was make something of QUALITY. Instead? A disgrace. Shame on you. Go back to the original games and study what a real game is like. We can only hope that you'll be inspired enough to start all over again and make a DK game that deserves to be called that.
A bit of bugs but its Amazing

This game has a lot of work put into it you guys should be proud,The only bug I EVER experienced was when I was in a battle it just kicked me out and I just when back in the game and the battle was still going so I got to finish the battle. I love this game and I hope you make more of these amazing games

UPDATED REVIEW -- 3 years later, game still has 2 hour dig times. EA Games learned nothing. I have DUNGEON KEEPER 2 on the PC and the mobile game is ridiculous awful in comparison. Deleting the game again. However this game is also seriously flawed. I could grant perhaps that the game has “Realistic Real Time Build Rates”, but in practice this game has become a total bore with the “Click & Wait 2 HOURS” gameplay time spans. I am not just emotionally disengaged with the obscene slow gameplay interaction response times, I am growing to actively HATE products created by EA GAMES. I have now bypassed simmering anger and have passed into utter apathy for this game & EA GAMES products much as if they never existed at all. I am now deleting this exponentially time squandering unresponsive game.

I just want to play the game. Today’s update makes it just crash. Please fix this. I tried updating and restarting my iphone- it didn’t help. Update - I can play on my iPad. But not phone. The bug reporting system is unnavigable

Downloaded this last night and did the updates and had NOTHING but issues trying to connect to the server even though every other internet connected app works perfectly. Seems like when I cannot connect, I get attacked!! When I do well, I seem to have the same issues, cannot connect. If the spotty hit and miss ability to play wasn’t bad enough, then within a very small time period, they want to you start paying. I would have liked this to me more an offline game and have a full version available for purchase instead of this. YMMV on this but this will be uninstalled off all my devices immediately!
