I enjoyed playing the originals when I was a kid and was ecstatic to see it was turned into a mobile game, however since downloading it and booting it up I keep getting a code 15 message and connect. Is the server for DK just completely shut down or what? The last update to the game was a year ago... if the game no longer runs, why is it still on the marketplace?

Tries to force you into spending the green currency at the very start. Wont let you explore other venues whilst waiting for the timer to go down in the tutorial. Pay to win or progress faster is a broken model aimed towards those whom are impatient or have a weak will when it comes to outside suggestions from a 3rd party. Play a better game folks.

Heavily P2W with SO much time wasting in order to experience the game minimally for the least...

This game was fun until it went from a challenge to a blatant cash grab. It used to balanced, now you will play for a week and somebody 4-10 times your power will come in and steal everything. Your only chance is to pump in lots of cash and hope to race past those who just play. Attack more often and get clobbered repeatedly. I was at almost 6000 power and was routinely attacked by 20,000 -60,000 powers. If you want to play for fun go somewhere else.

This game is just a clash of clans gem-time sink with a dungeon keeper shell. Nothing like the original game. Very disappointed.
Nihon Neko
A fun diversion but beware late game will drag out everything trying to get you to shell out cash

If you like microtransactions and pay-to-win mechanics in a game, then you must be an EA fan and this game is for you. If you're a 1-percenter and you like to circulate money back into the economy then download this game, but if you're anyone else then don't download this game unless you want to bankrupt yourself
Hermit's Rest
I have cheerfully spent more time playing this game than any other app based game. The game doesn’t require much money to play it well; I have spent $5 (to acquire the sixth imp) and don’t foresee spending any more. Gameplay rewards strategy rather than reflexes, which is good for an old gamer like me. The weaknesses of the game are minor. The game sometimes rewards losing over winning. Tournament play can feel more like competition between guild members rather than competition between guilds. All-in-all a charming and satisfying game.
