Rejected both of my cards.

I have used this app to purchase probably two times since I downloaded it. Today makes it the 3rd time and it was 5 minutes to midnight and it was slow with processing and it rejected both of my debit cards from two different financial institutions. I know it can’t be because it was too much traffic to the website. The same card I was attempting to use first I used it by paying via PayPal and it was slowing getting to PayPal to make the payment.
Difficulty using a gift card

I tried using a gift card but it didn’t apply it To the amount. When I first entered it. I didn’t see a balance change so I entered it a second time. It indicates that it already had been used so I thought once I checked out, it would apply, IT DID NOT! So frustrating!
App No Longer Accepts Password

Over the past month my password has suddenly stopped working in the app only (iPad air) but I have no problem using the same login details to access my account via a browser on desktop, iPad or iPhone. I tried resetting my password just in case but it didn’t fix the issue. I’ve also deleted the app and redownloaded it to no avail. It’s a shame because I like the app and used it often to purchase.

I have had the same address for 4.5 years but the process says the address is “invalid” I re/entered the same address as a secondary address and my order was accepted. Confusing.

No phone working for support. Prices much more than in the store. Store said you can get the correct size online and then got home to order after purchasing to exchange but ended up getting different price. I’m basically screwed!
