Many times the app crashes or can’t load, can be frustrating, but if connected to WiFi it’s usually fine
Visa Gift Card Not Accepted

This is unfortunate...got a bunch of gift cards for my retirement and wanted to buy some shoes on line and use the pick-up option. Ended up having to use my own credit card! Not happy about this... They allow you to use only a DSW gift card under the gift card category. My Visa Gift Card should have been able to be used as a credit card and it was not.

I appreciate how DSW offers so many great deals for signed up members. The perks of becoming a member are exhibited by the multitude of sales and bundles offered. I’m a new comer to DSW, but so far my expectations have been exceeded. Thanks for the great service!
