Have been longtime customer. Enjoy the rewards and points. Like the return policy and no fee shipping. Two thoughts: 1. There’s inherent bonus to ordering online bc not only can you use your rewards and points, but you can also find and use promo codes. Why discourage the customer who prefers visiting the store? 2. The policy about bringing in old shoes for points? rewards? is totally unclear. And when you bring them to store, you can’t determine if they’ve been added in and when you’ll be able to use them. Wasted trip to store if they can’t be used at that time. Will continue to be active customer. Thank you.
