DSW always fits my needs and my items are always at my door within 72 hours! Sizes are fairly true, so far one pair has ran slightly bigger, the rest have been perfect!
Website is difficult at times

Website is difficult to use in this type of scenario: I find a pair of shoes that I like but do not put the in my shopping bag and keep looking at everything that is offered and then try to find the original shoes I liked. You cannot count on the websites filters to find them. Very frustrating.

They make it so easy to buy quality shoes at a great price. DSW phone app is also the worst... it’s too intuitive and user friendly!!! I click a few buttons next thing you know I have a new amazing pair of shoes at my house. This is a terribly amazing company for shoe addicts. Sincerely, Captain Sarcasm

I thank DSW for the convenience of shopping at home but saddened that when I entered the Beachbum code it stated that due to high demands I wasn’t able to receive one hope you’re able to get more and send it with my order or for next time have plenty before advertising that’s my recommendation.

The site would not allow me to update credit card information. I had to input several times and still didn’t work. Finally.... I paid with PayPal.
