The app became glitchy when it turned out that the shoe I wanted suddenly became out of stock. I had to go all the way back to the beginning & start over.

I tried to order 18 different pairs of shoes online and they are always out of stock even in the store.

With every purchase I make, I get a reward. Then if for some reason the shoe doesn’t fit I can bring the shoe to the store for credit. I can buy the same shoe or get another pair. DSW is very accommodating to my needs. ♥️

Love shopping at DSW. I was struggling with something coupon related and I messaged in the live chat. The representative was able to help me in seconds. Definitely recommend shopping through the app and in general all of DSW stores

Every single shoe/boot I clicked said it was in stock.. get all the way to the checkout and it's out of stock. I contacts customer service and they said it doesn't always reflect what's available. Tried for 3 days to get a pair of boots. Gave up. Rewards are great except when you want to use them and can't because nothing is in stock!

When I try to filter any kind of shoe (women’s, kids, men) for in store availability for pickup, app says none are available at any store. Very frustrating.
