Used them for a little bit and after a bit I started pulling out shirts I hadn’t worn in a while. They were completely ruined and custom shirts. Strongly advise against!

They were an hour late for pick up. Was supposed to get clothes back the next day but instead got a notification next day that I could schedule a pickup on the following day. Sunday to be fair, though I only went with this app because it appeared operational over the weekend. Had to email customer support to have them stick with original delivery date. Ended up waiting the whole day to either hear for them or for the clothes to be eventually delivered. An hour late once again! Oh, and they washed and folded a few of my dress shirts instead of wash and press. Some shirts smell bad. Watch out!
App needs improvement

Easy to set up a pickup but app does not have much other functionality. For example, cannot: 1. Reschedule pick up time. Forced to cancel and redo entire order 2. No readily available or direct link or contact for customer service 3. No confirmation of coupon code 4. There is an automated text message reminder of time but No text message when driver is on their way. I got a text message 5. My pickup person barely spoke English and did not understand all of my questions. Not good service nor good face for the company. The Washio app does all of those things and also shows a map of where the drivers are.
Convenient but can be slow

Convenient service but it can take them a few days. You also can't set up delivery until your clothes are done, leading to further delays.
