The only version of this app is for a phone. I don’t watch hour long dimension 20 videos on a phone. That’s dumb. I would love to subscribe, but until there is a tablet version of the app/interface, this is a hard pass. Generic Current Year Argument here.
Good but missing one thing

I absolutely love the content being produced but more than anything I want an option to download episodes of the shows. I travel constantly and find myself wanting Dimension 20 on almost every flight. Other than that, I’m very happy with the app!!

The content is new and interesting, bringing back some of my old favorites while offering exciting fresh content. My only problem is that I wish there was native iPad support on the app. I understand that this might be asking too much from the development team, as the view would have to be resized manually, but this would make watching on an iPad so much easier, since the current 2x option doesn’t resize the videos to full screen. Other than that, I love the UI on the video player. Hope to see this functionality added soon and thanks for all the great content!

First off, want to state I am a long time college humor fan, and all of the content of the site is fantastic. The app itself however, needs some work. The app is hard to navigate, hard to find specific shows even with searching. The casting disconnects quickly and begins an independent play of the video on the local device. There is no way to track shows I watch in a queue or watchlist, also no way to “subscribe” to shows to get an alert when a show I watch drops a new episode. Just feels very rough, I understand the service is new, with the app being even newer but as this is a pay for service. I expected more.
App does not fit the iPad screen

I’m using the latest iPad mini and for some reason the app is the size and shape of what it would be on an iPhone rather than filled to fit the iPad. Proportionally the app-to-screen size ratio is the same as Puffslug’s (from Dropout show Cartoon Hell :D ) shrunken face-to-head ratio. As I’m referencing a show on Dropout I’m a huge fan of the service and it’s content, this rating is only for the technicality. I watch Dropout on other devices and it works just fine. Will probably edit this review once the problem is fixed.
Allow both landscape rotations

Seems like the app only works in one landscape rotation. Annoying because I’m trying to charge at the same time and the charger isn’t on that side.

This is the first time I’ve written an app/iTunes related review of any kind. Collegehumor is in its golden age. I definitely feel like the few dollars a month to this service is beyond worth it, and the creators involved definitely deserve our support.

I have been subscribed to Dropout for maybe 2-3 months now and I have really enjoyed the content!!! But one thing that bugs me is that when I’m watching something and try to change the volume on my iPhone the volume bar gets in peoples faces... I know it’s a small thing but I think it would be a great idea to have a little bar at the top of the screen instead of the big square for the volume bar... (I’m on IOS btw) for ex: Netflix has something like this. Love you guys!!! ❤️ Keep up the amazing work!!! ??
