I’ve been spending (and I DID NOT REALIZE) for a monthly subscription for this for SEVERAL MONTHS. I only wanted to participate in a FREE WEEK TRIAL AND I CANCELLED AT DAY 6. I am furious. I only discovered this and canceled it today because I saw an email. So, don’t be me, look at your emails and CANCEL ON THE SAME PLATFORM YOU SIGNED UP WITH.

Why is there no iPad version?

I could overlook the clunky casting implementation if I could watch this excellent comedy content on my iPad and not just my iPhone. What’s up with that?

Great content, bad experience on iPad

The experience on the website is 100% better. The app is iPhone only, which means the resolution is terrible on your iPad and its always vertical orientation. Up until recently you could do picture in picture on your iPad but it seems like that was removed today. Using the website is just a better experience. Will definitely update this review if stuff changes. Love the content though, very funny, keep it up.

Came for the trial and couldn’t leave!

I’ve never written a review before, but as a huge D&D fan, I had to for this. Most roleplay podcasts and YouTube videos I listen to/watch end up falling to the wayside eventually- not dimension 20. I literally could not stop watching. Brennan is the best DM I’ve ever seen and all the PCs are SO invested in the story. Their characters are well fleshed out and a joy to watch. From there, I fell in love with rank room, total forgiveness, and Adventuring Academy. All the content is meaningful and high quality, and there’s something for everyone! Thanks for making this platform- it really brings a wealth of content the likes of which you can’t find on any other streaming service.

Great app, but....

I love colleghumor, it’s amazing and of course I’m one of the many fans of dimension 20 (fantasy high), But I feel like there are three things that would make this app excellent and worthy of 5 stars: 1) have the content more organized than having a home tab, a search tab, and an account tab. Sure, that if you swipe enough and wait for the screen to load the content, you’ll get ONLY comics or ONLY shows or whatever, but if it was a bit more organized with the tabs that separate the Dropout content instead of having to swipe for everything you are looking for that will be great. 2) please add the ability to download content for paid members. I know it sounds like a YouTube and Netflix thing to be able to download videos or comics or whatever Dropout offers, but believe me when I say that it would be worth it and the membership. 3) I’d really prefer that I don’t have to sign in everyday to use the app even when I click on the “remember me” box. If the app doesn’t remember me, why have the box and why pay for membership? All in all, please be a little more like Netflix or YouTube and fix the problems above. I guarantee you will have more people getting the app and paying for membership if you included the things I said above.

Great content, lacking in features

I love dropout (specifically dimension 20), and I wouldn't have paid for it if I felt otherwise. However since this is a paid service there were some features similar services offer that weren’t offered on dropout. I would love to be able to download certain episodes of shows so I can watch them on the go without using gigs of data at a time. There’s also no reason you shouldn’t be able to still listen to episodes while your phone is locked, much like YouTube premium offers. Many of these shows are podcasts and are primarily audio based, so having them in a video only format makes no sense.

I love the content, there are so many smart and funny humans creating on this! But the app struggles. It’s crashed several times, and no longer works with my chrome cast.

I just downloaded the app and then signed up thru the app. But when I try to watch anything it says that I don’t have an active subscription. If I try to choose a package it tells me I’m already subscribed to it. I tried deleing the app and downloading it again, but it didn’t help.

Love all of the content, but the app/website is missing the crucial feature of a continue watching option which I really think is necessary. I feel like I’ve seen it once on the website but never on the app.
