App needs some revision

I also had the problem that was riding as a passenger in other cars and didn’t realize that it was tracking their driving. Made calls and was told that there was no way to verify that it was not my driving. Almost prefer to go with another company than continue this argument. Have not had a ticket in 46 years, and feel that my record should speak for itself. And to boot, can’t send this review because it seems that every nickname that I come up with has been taken. Feels like they don’t really want reviews.

It needs a widget (or 3D-Touch window) for on/off “standby-mode”, end trip, and delete last trip, that would be ?

Not logging the trips correctly

I have logged 460 trips and got app notification that my policy tenure is about to end and I haven’t logged 50 trips.

I’ve been using DriveSense for months & currently have 132 logged trips but on Esurance’s app it claims I have none logged! It’s not due to not having my phone number or email because I’m reminded every month that my insurance is due. Irritating!!
Completely Useless

I’ve never used a more worthless app. It doesn’t count my trips, doesn’t activate when I’m driving and it will not stop asking me to turn on notifications. I can’t believe I have to use such an awful app just to get a discount. Esurance should be embarrassed this is on the market right now. You’re an e company, hire a decent mobile developer, please.
Issues with connecting between ISP

So for me this app is constantly telling me I’m speeding and breaking hard. However, it’s always after I get home and my phone disconnects from either my car’s isp, or the sprint network and then tries to connect to my home’s wireless. The drawing on the map of the route it says I’m taking shoots me through my neighbor’s houses up to several blocks away and then back to my house. I have screen shots of this and I have messaged Esurance but no result yet. After seeing my speeding and breaking issue, I delete the trip with the reason I’m not driving, because really, who drives through their neighbor’s houses everyday???
I see law suits coming

App is ridiculous and I’m sure can lead to law suits for insurance companies if they’re measuring peoples discounts in simply measuring someone’s speed and braking pressure. Just because you drive either slow or fast doesn’t make you either a good or bad driver nor riskier.
