Not only do I live less than 15 minutes away I haven’t been able to log in since I Registered and customer service is non existent. They are quick to bill you and charge your toll tag but can’t help you when your you actually want to use the HOV “texpress” as a group to get a discount. Also nothing express about it. It’s an oxymoron.

I made a comment a few years ago complaining about numerous glitches. Today, I got “Error Code 3” whatever the hell that means. Yeah, I tried again and again as the app said but it keeps repeating the same error. I admire this company’s consistency and perseverance! No matter how many customers have complained, they wouldn’t budge, not even an inch. You got my one star for that.

App doesn’t work. Can’t register at all. Website doesn’t work as well. I guess this an attempt to say they are offering something for free but not allowing anyone to do so in order to get paid.

I tried to register but can’t. I reviewed the How-To Guide and the instructions don’t match the register form on my iPhone.


App is broken in iOS 12.x

Haven’t used the app in while, tried using it - my car and were no longer there. Deleted app, reinstalled. Was able to log in, but as soon as app lost focus, was kicked out and can’t log back in. Guess I’ll be using SMS to start my drives from now on :(

Very poor from the beginning

The registration screen that comes up for me asked for email or cell phone and the password and confirmation. Nothing about a ZIP Code or anything else. I put in my email and my cell phone and it tells him that me they’re on red x.
