App is almost worthless. Half the time can’t activate it for discounts. They apparently need to find people capable of making it work but it’s the state I guess & they never do this kind of stuff well. I guess that’s the scam so you wind up paying them full price most of the time.

The will not allow you to activate once the texpress lanes are active. And the voice activation required location services to be always on but does not give that option in the settings. Sorriest excuse for an app that I have ever seen

Never works correctly. I occasionally get the HOV discounts, when I carpool and make sure to active 15 minutes before.
Can't even register!

Tried to register more than a dozen times. Error code 2, Error Code 3......I'm trying to utilize the tools and can't even get started. Very disappointed and will be sending a letter to the State Comptrollers office as this is not right. Don't offer something and not follow through. Many of us use these lanes daily and have been expecting a chance to obtain a rightful discount of services.
