Loss of thousands or dollars buying fish bucks and game won’t download

I have been trying to get my dream fish seasons game to download and open for over a year now and I haven’t been able to do so. I have hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in this game and I can’t play it. So now what do I do? I can’t play the game at all and lost everything mainly money when I bought over $3000.00 dollars in fish bucks. I’m very disappointed!

I had both these games and then I got sick and was in hospital for about 3 to 4 months. When I tried to play them I could not get on, It keeps saying the server can not connect and I keep trying but it still won’t let me on. I have lost all my money and points Etc on these games, can you check this out.. I wrote I wrote a few days ago. I still cannot get on DreamFish and Dreamfish Seasons. When I tried to get on it let me on for a little while and then it said server could not respond and I still cannot get on. Please check this out because I had plenty of fish tanks and money on these games. I would like to play it again, if not I would like to get my money back. Please please try and get it fix. Thanks

Every time I want to play this game i try to open it and this message appears “ Server Problem Server did not respond. Please try again” I cant get into my game and im really upset about this. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

The first thing I try is play. But I can’t even start because on the starting screen it says “server problem” again and again. You have to do better. I have already tried one of your other games. Rubbish same message “server problem”! Your games need fixing and I mean it!
