When are you going to be up and running again?

It's been over a month since they have had server problems. I can't sign on to either dream fish games. Patiently waiting for them to fix the problem and get up and running!

We are all Still WAITING ON THE GANE TO BE FIXED I HAVE DREAM FISH AND DREAM FISH SEASONS ONE HAS 40 something tanks and the other 68 tanks ... of course the fish are all dead by now it's been along time ... I've been playing for years and don't want to lose all my stuff plus fish bucks very sad we are all still waiting trying to be patient ... please fix quickly ... thx

Over 2 months now and they still won't be truthful to the people who have supported them. There is no reason their servers aren't fixed in this amount of time. Most of us feel they haven't paid their bills. can't believe that this company has had server problems for 9 days today. They could have purchased new servers and programmed them again within 9 days. They said "Be patient". I'm handicapped and pass the time away playing this ap - I want my Dream Fish back love both the games, but customer service is rotten! So is the events inside of events and ending an event and another starts the next day. There is also a problem with no one answering any questions posted there and no more pictures of event fish like TapFish did. Also - food bricks should be able to be moved from one tank to another. I play Dream Fish and Dream Fish Seasons on both my iPhone and my iPad so I must like the games!?

I like it and all that because I used to play on my old phone and it was fun but I downloaded it and it said server issues then I downloaded it again and said the same thing

I was really excited to play this game until it says "server failed please try again" and I kept pressing it and pressing it but I doesn't work! Ugh a new fun looking game for fish people not working!

I have not been able to get it to load. When I try it tells me sever did not respond and it has done this for over a month. What can I do?

You guys on your website say you care for your customers, but you clearly don’t. It’s been over a year, and you haven’t fixed your sever. Countless people are still waiting, so don’t be a bunch of dicks.

Since right around Memorial Day 2017, this game has not been working properly. For the past few months, it works fine at 2 AM central time, but only for about 30 minutes. So if you only want to play 30 min per day at 2 am, you can have a lot of fun with it. Why can’t they just fix it??!?!?!?!?
