I Lost ALL 18Tanks and fish 3Days ago, You need to be Better!

I love this game two yrs ago I had thus game and had a serve crash and list all my fish all my tanks(over 35) and all fish , decos and bucks. It took me two yrs before I decided to try again, well three days ago you guys crashed again and I lost all 18 Tanks, fish and points and bucks that I had. I deleted the app and reinstalled and attempted to use the restore feature as recommended and apparently during the crash my stuff was lost. I am starting again from scratch with just 4 tanks and the game is still having failed data error problems and I had to delete it again. Who compensates me for the frustration, time and money I continue to lose? Check my in app history you will see it goes way back but I don't have the tanks to match. You really need to put a good troubleshooter on top of these issues because it really is a great app that people won't mind making purchases for but only if the app works!

This game is really fun but I keep on getting a pop up that says the servers aren't working and it can't download all the information, so I can't move on with the event and it's a little aggravating. I really hope this can be fixed. Thank you! Update: I emailed the customer service and they fixed the server problem very quick. Thank you so much! Great game I love all the events and unique fish! It's well worth your time!

I too recently lost all of my tanks, stuff that I had purchased , I enjoy the game but find this frustrating . Gave it 5 stars, hoping things improve.

Their is always problems with the game. I love playing. It takes days to get any help. Things are very expensive in the gift shop and hardly ever on sale!!
