App deleted all games, signed me out & crashes constantly!!!

I need help! I can't even get past clicking e email to sign in & it crashes, over & over & over!!! Can someone plz see what is going on?! Thank you! I am now keeping a dated list of issues & suggestions as none have been addressed so they still remain. I've had this Pro app since 2012 or 2013. I hope enough customers will see this & state the obvious so they will fix these problems! Low ratings hurt, but the truth is what it is! I miss the fine tuned & well oiled working machine that "was" Draw Something. Let's make it better! Also for other customers wanting to know what this app is like, see the ongoing issues by date, that are always ignored, below. || V ---------------------- 12-19-16 I have to say I am thankful for more ink. I have yet to see the difference yet as I only upgraded today.(note, App Store didn't show the update. I found it while going to update my ongoing review). Problems have Not been addressed. I keep getting warnings now that certain players I play with, our streak will end unless I drop everything & go "create a masterpiece now". Well, that isn't possible cuz they haven't played "their turn" for 10 days. This is yet another ongoing issue. (More listed on previous review further down.tired of rewriting same thing) Suggestions: Would love colors to be lined together as they go so finding what u need is faster. Would love to have more colors, after all "this IS the PRO VERSION", right?! More words would be nice as repetition is annoying. Those saying that others write words, find you a group of artists on FB that play or like me, look for those in games that are creative & start a game with them. (Sometimes works but I do agree that having levels might help) Also, if they automatically do something about any written word, then you can't communicate something by writing, write something as part of your drawing(like cartoon or comic) & or write a word you've NEVER heard of once in a blue moon. Would like options for endless bombs but being they are endless anything u give is reachable, so... I think special sets of words should be given more often. More sizes on pens/brushes. Maybe special background options to draw against if you choose. There are so many ways you could go if you would just do something...please! -------------------------------- 11-1-16 Being that you ask for a rating, it's 11-1-16 & I've had to delete & reinstall my app. Why? I'm in an endless loop like ground hog day with a player. I draw for them, it accepts it, shows its sent & im waiting for them to do the same. The next day I get a notification that they have created a drawing for me & are waiting for my masterpiece. :/ so, I click on them to find that I'm in the exact same place. It's asking me to draw for them as if I never drew anything ?! I've done this for days. Please FIX your issues Draw Something Pro!!! || v ---------------- 10-30-16 Another update 10-30-16. Nothing has been addressed & the app itself is now causing problems?! Hmmm... It keeps staying in "loading user data" & won't load.(I'm not having problems with my service everything else works fine) Last night it started doing this really bad & trashed 3 sets of drawings I was doing "saying it had to reload data that was lost?!" After I had hit send & closed the game? I opened back up later to find the person(s) were still waiting for me to draw, nothing was there! Frustrating... & yet another problem. I'm sorry, as I really love this game but these unaddressed issues are getting to be too much. (See below) __________________ Date unknown --- First, I love this game, so much so I bought the pro version. Unfortunately, there are issues with it... Long time non addressed issues! It gets stuck on different size pen & color after you've chosen another one. It automatically goes to a different size when going back from eraser white too. I get notifications to play people I don't have in my list anymore. I also get notifications they are playing too, yet they aren't in my list. I also get notifications to play someone that is in my list, "they are waiting, etc..." YET they aren't, they haven't played my game in days?! I don't care if they are online with someone else, it's irrelevant to me unless they actually have finished a play & it's really waiting for me. This causes problems for those who play multiple people throughout the day because I get notifications that I need to play someone I don't numerous times all day long. Once a day notification is enough even when someone is waiting. Please put color schemes together. Having to scroll through page after page to get to another color becomes monotonous. Would love to have more colors too being it is PRO or ability to choose from a color wheel & create them. Please fix all this & the stars go back up! --------- Date unknown Sending review reminders (Daily Now!) when I've already written a review?! I love this game but please fix this. Also, Automatic play is by most recent & needs to be opposite or option. Thank You! Enjoy this game as always. :)

Frequent crashing on iPad. Can't finish some guessing because the game crashes before you can finish. I've contacted support but still having issues. I used to really enjoy this game but too many tech issues make it not as fun. And I miss the artistic options you used to be able to purchase besides colors.

Good so far but why give bombs to Pro players? Also - would be nice to be able to use the unlimited bombs more than once for challenge drawings. Could we have a finer point to draw with? Having so much fun. These are just suggestions.

Love, love this idea for an app, but why can't it be like it used to be with different types of shading and shapes etc, different textures and such. All can be purchased with the gold we win. You are so limited with only colors. I still love to play, but please please go back to the old one, I played it relentlessly...and I am not that good of an artist.....so PLEASE?!?

So sad you guys got rid of draw something 2. I spent so much money to get everything in the game and then it all went away. I wish I could get reimbursed in some way for all the money I spent. I think you guys should at least make this app more similar to draw 2. I spent 4.99 just now hoping this would have good features, but to no avail. Step up your game!

I started out with the free version and loved it so much I paid for this one. I only wish I could get more people to play with me. I guess people got tired of needing basic drawing skill to play. I could draw this all day but I'd never get anything done. I have so many coins and every color offered. I need more friends to draw with me! This is my favorite app ever!

I love this game. I have played every day for years. But there are some improvements that need to be addressed. 1. Let users arrange their colors in any order they find useful. Or two rows of colors so we don't have to scroll so much. 2. Messages are too short and do not stay on the screen long enough. Please fix the messaging. 3. Most games let us import an profile image from our photos. Can you fix that one? I don't want to "Go through Facebook"!!! Thanks for the fun. Sue

I have had fun playing DrawSomething for a few years now. I like how it is relatively stable, as opposed to the very buggy DS2. I just wish a few of the features of DS2 could have been incorporated into DS to make it more user friendly. Like color selection, it was much easier with DS2.
