Charging coins now for word packs? I paid for unlimited bombs. You should be ADDING features, not taking away the ones we already paid for. Deceitful and a deal-breaker. I'm done with this game.
Not access to tech support to transfer data from old app

Impossible to connect to tech. Good game, wanted to have the net version since the old one has many bugs...not possible to transfer info. Tech not available.

Thank you for getting rid of that horrible update! Things are back to normal. Now if you would add a feature so the colors can be placed in any order you will get 10 stars!

I bought & paid for the pro version. The app locked me out of my account in September. Developer doing NOTHING to fix this. It says I need a reset code sent via email. Email never comes. Only way to contact Zynga is through email. All they say for almost 4 months is that they are working on it. Not true. Just some person answering emails with lies. Multiple updates since issue still with no resolution. I PAID THEM MONEY- THEY NEED TO LET ME IN TO MY GAME! APPLE SHOULD FLAG THIS DEVELOPER FOR DISHONEST THIEVERY! UPDATE-MESSAGE TO ZYNGA: I did not request a password reset. Your stupid game is insisting on my resetting my password, not me. Therefore you cannot put this on me to fix! Your update in September broke my connection to my account. It does not send me the reset code you tell me is necessary – and NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE ONE EMAIL ADDRESS I CAN NO LONGER ACCESS AN APP/GAME I PAID YOU MONEY FOR????? What universe do you idiots live in? How are you even “DEVELOPERS“ if your only solution after six months is to find another email address and start a new account? Are you kidding me? I could do better than that and I don’t even code, I bought and paid for Drawsomething pro! YOU BROKE THIS NOW FIX IT!!!!!!!!!

One used to be able to buy packs of colors with their coins. Now color packs are given as you earn them. I don’t like this change at all. Not nearly as much fun now.
Not good for Apple Pencil

It has a very long delay response when using Apple Pencil. I was excited to use it and bought the paid version and was very disappointed! Not worth the money I paid for this

I’ve played this game for several years and nothing changes. Would love to see updated drawing tools, a way to rearrange the colors because they are a mess! Also put the colors in a grid instead of a single line that has to be scrolled though. How about recently used colors too? Last but not least, please update the words or give option to enter a word! Thanks.

Great game I bought years ago. I paid for every opition at that time. Game disappeared but My logon is still good but I’m paying from scratch p So I paid for the “new” game with many less options and now I still get ads on the paid version??? Sorry you guys are getting too greedy. Shame on you!

I wish I could give zero stars. I got annoyed with the ads constantly popping up on the free version so I bought this version that was supposedly AD-Free. Don’t waste your money. The ads still pop up. It’s ridiculous.
