Every version keeps locking up

Great game but it has consistently locked up. Even thought the paid ad free version would be less buggy but locked up right away. Tried all the suggestions on line but they don’t work. I don’t want to constantly delete and redownload this game all the time so it has become useless to me and a waste of money.

The Pro version has been crashing all day

I really like the challenge this game gives me to draw something others really have a chance to guess. The problem is the app hasn’t been updated for ten months - and it has been uncooperative all day. I can’t get past the “loading user data” screen. Please fix!!!

Waste of $4.99 to upgrade

I just upgraded to Draw Something Pro. Waste of $$$. No way to earn coins to buy more color packs. Sometimes word selection is only 3 words, other times it will offer wider selection. I have Draw Something, Draw Classic, and Draw Pro. The only one with ads was the Classic version, so I really got nothing by paying $5 to upgrade except the inability to watch a video to earn 25 coins, with which to buy more colors. I am just stuck?

I have played this with a friend for 7 years. Games of many hundreds of turns have disappeared and now we r playing 2 virtually distinct games with each other. Support is poor

I love this game. I have played every day for years. But there are some improvements that need to be addressed. 1. Let users arrange their colors in any order they find useful. Or two rows of colors so we don't have to scroll so much. 2. Messages are too short and do not stay on the screen long enough. Please fix the messaging. 3. Most games let us import a profile image from our photos. Can you fix that one? 4. A blending function so that we can do better shading please. I don't want to "Go through Facebook"!!! Thanks for the fun. Sue

Update: It is now June 21’ & absolutely NOTHInG has been done to fix Any of the issues that I’ve listed below for anyone who uses this app! When I say anyone, I pretty much mean probably everyone because all that I play with are having the same issues on every format/device! It’s really a shame that this app has a company gaming back yet it refuses to even respond to a single email from anyone nor even bother to fix even 1 single thing! Your customers who paid a LOT of $money to you are upset & rightfully so. Either Fix it or refund everyone! Thank you. —————— I have a huge problem with Apple deleting this review or the developer?! I have to ask, is it Just because I’ve been honest, not only about how money is/has been spent via numerous users of this app(including myself) but of the many problems(errors) that continue to develop with this app while the app owner/company either doesn’t reply to requests, reply with it’s their customers own equipment issue when countless people are having the same issues yet use various systems that are up to date &/or new(ie Apple, android, Google, etc). I don’t understand & would appreciate it, along with other users of this app if the the following things addressed; 1. Why hasn’t their been a regular update just to keep things up-to-date in over a year? 2. Why hasn’t the growing number of issues/errors been addressed or fixed even though their had been numerous requests/complaints to do so? Such as, but not limited to: — the drawing area/screen suddenly glitches, meaning that the screen splits directly down the middle while instantaneously placing the left side to the middle copy itself, replacing the right side from center to right edge. Sometimes its a 1-2inch high up littered copy that’s also about 1-2 inches into the pic but copied/replacing the whole right side from center to right edge with the left. This renders the app useless from this point unless you erase everything or trash it (that’s even if can even see/can use it), & draw with what little ink you even have left at this point, on the left side - but you can only use the left edge to 1/4 into the screen because it will do it again shortly taking even more! You have 2 other choices when the error first shows. - A) write a note explaining what happened with the word to your opponent(this isn’t a choice IMO) or - B) Immediately close the app mid game & then reopen , choose person again, get a different word now cuz you can’t get it back, & try again (hoping that it won’t happen again) knowing that there is a 99.9% chance it will do it again! — Colors. This is the professional version that originally was promised new colors, updates, words, etc for lifetime free but now it changed! Money aside here, we need more color palettes & additions to be made as none have been since I first bought the Pro when it was first offered! — Words. Many would love better options for drawing. I think you’ve been much better at this, far batter than it originally was that’s for sure but maybe you could have certain themes from which you can not only choose from but also give suggestions. Maybe each player can be given 1 set of themes(for say, a month?) Before changes again,to a new one that we again can choose, of course going with all the regular options/themes you give under pro except 1 theme being replaced by the players choice. ?? —. Although I am Not happy about the walk a k of the lifetime options being changed although Not agreed to, I personally would be ok with just going on from here IF & Only If you agree to not pull another such stunt, fix all these issues & keep up to date on updates/problems that customers are having. Thank you for your time & I look forward to your response to these things ASAP. Shalom.

…I collected enough coins to add colors. App took my coins but did not give me the color packs. Tried again, same thing happened. Left with minimal colors and no coins.

I can’t buy colors!

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and even tried on another device. The colors are the best part!
