Video quality is good, so are the dramas. However, one time I was watching “my secret romance”, I was about halfway finished with it, and I only decided to watch it because for one it was romance and two all the episodes being free of that “premium” label. A month later I resume back into wanting to finish the rest of the drama, only to find that the last half of the episodes have been added on to the premium selection. I contacted the staff about this problem. And sent a picture of how I was able to watch the episodes before premium label got on them(some episodes showed that I had finished watching them yet were now on premium). And the staff were not at all helpful with answering my problem properly. So beware of that!
App freezes, won’t load

Usually this app works wonderfully. But lately, it’s not been so great. It doesn’t keep track of where I’m at in an episode, and most of the time it takes me three or more times to even get an episode to load. Lots of app crashes happening too.
Crashes literally every other time I open it.

I’m a premium member. I paid for premium so that I could download videos for offline use as I am frequently in places where internet is unreliable. The download feature only functions 20% of the time. Most of the time I try to play something I downloaded and it won’t play. And even when I am somewhere that I am able to stream, when I try to watch a show that I am in the middle of, the show won’t load and I have to completely close down the app and reopen it to get the video to load. This happens every other time I open the app without fail. I like DramaFever, but the app is terrible.
Site ALWAYS Freezes on me, & I'm a PREMIUM subscriber

This has been my PET PEEVE for the past 6 months. When the site clicks on, it FREEZES after 2 minutes. I am NOT AMUSED.

This app is amazing at showing dramas from across Asia. Such as China, Korea, etc. Some shows are completely free, but others only have the first few free. Which is a bummer if you are not a member. The adds are also not that long.

I really like that they have a lot of foreign dramas, but it would be nice to watch more. Ones people are actually currently watching and old ones as well. I’ve been wanting to watch Dream High and Reply 1997 and more for a while now and I’ve been waiting for them to come on the app, but I guess I’m waiting for nothing. Also, the ads are super annoying and ruin the moment half the time. :/ I refuse to be a premium member, I cannot afford it.
