I couldn’t watch the next episode of a drama until I got premium membership, so I applied for it. It still isn’t working (I tried both the monthly and annual free trials) and all I keep getting are pop-ups that I need to get premium even though I already did. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and got no replies.

I really live this app but one reason is that some of the drama, you have to pay to watch it why do we have to do that??☹️

I paid $4.99 for the premium one. Still i have to watch movie with tons of ads on. Whats the point?? And i tried to contact them through email. All they did was to send me an email said i would’ve forget the password and told me to reset it. I did everything and still have to watch movie with ads?

Esta aplicación me gusta mucho porque encuentro todos los dramas que quiero y tiene muchos doblados al español que me encantan . Estaría genial que pusieran mas . La recomiendo mucho , y por eso le doy 5 estrellas quisiera darle mas pero no hay mas calificación . Gracias a los creadores de esta aplicación y por todo el esfuerzo que hacendado que es una manera de compartir algo lindo con nosotros . Gracias.

My favorite place to watch Korean dramas ? it has a problem though, sometimes the video stops and I have to restart the app to get it working again. Sometimes doing that doesn't help and I have to close the app for a while :( Update June 2018: The app has been crashing ALOT. I honestly stopped using it and switched to viki instead to watch dramas because of this issue. However, i still have my subscription hoping for this problem to be resolved soon even though it has been MONTHS since it started. Please dramafever staff resolve this problem because you ARE my favorite drama app ? Second update June 2018: Dramafever support contacted me right after they read my review! They resolved my the issue I had with the app and now its working perfectly! And so I’m changing my rating back to 5 stars!!! Thank you!!!

App constantly freezing and crashing lately. Also; subtitles missing in sections. I think it’s time for DramaFever to do another update. I like it, but won’t continue to pay if this isn’t fixed. Update: No longer a paid member because App still crashes and freezes, and now it won’t even pick up where I left off in a show. When is this going to be fixed?!

I’ve loved Drama Fever for months now but recently it started forgetting my place and now it keeps telling me I have an ad blocker on when I don’t even have one on my phone. It usually takes me deleting my other apps to get it to work again but I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s frustrating.

When I first started using this app it was a year ago so I love the app but recently the app take so long to load and I have deleted and downloaded a bunch of times with no help so plz DramaFever fix that because after reading some recent reviews I’m not the only one having this problem Update June 2018 So looks like the app is still having problems. I did contact support and they say their working on it but it has been several months and still no improvement. I don’t mind paying for this app because I enjoy watching my dramas but I hope they can fix these issues the customers are having. Update July 2018 Really annoyed how the shows keep starting back at same place. The app needs an update...I am able to watch Viki and fast forward through the whole thing and it says watched. I watch an entire ep on this app and it then it says I only watch the first 5 min. Very annoying I hope u fix... I saw that someone was able to fix their problem and that’s great but what about he rest of us. No matter what i do the shows won’t keep my progress
