Captions randomly stop working

Fails to translate a lot, when captions are turned on. A lot of times it will stop translating during a show, and restarting my phone doesn’t always fix the issue. Please fix this, I have premium!
I’ve payed for the premium free trial but I can’t download offline help!!

This app used to work great now it crushes all the time. I have delete and install every time I want to watch something because it just freezes. What’s happening DramaFever??

I feel like I am being robbed by DF nowadays. I am always going back and forth between DF and Netflix because I could not find anything new to watch. I’ve watched almost all of the K-dramas in DF. I’ve been a premium member for more than three years now and I can see that DF is slowly declining. There are far more newly released Chinese/Taiwan dramas (that are poorly executed) than Korean dramas. Currently, I am only waiting for Heart Signal 2 to finish and there is only one episode released each week. And after this show, I may have to give up my premium membership if this keeps happening. Most DF members signed up because of the K-dramas and now that DF has become more of Chinese dramas people are thinking of leaving too. Please bring on more 2018 Korean shows!!!
Videos are unavailable despite being in UK

For some reason, I can’t watch any episode of any drama in the website while using the app. I’m aware of DramaFever not being available in all countries, yet I’m living in UK where it should be available. Besides, it works perfectly fine on my laptop.
Can’t download anything

I got premium because I wanted to download shows for offline watching. Well, I haven’t been able to download anything for a month now. I reinstalled and reinstalled and turned my phone on and off and nothing worked. Went back and forth with them through email but they’re not helpful at all. Unfortunately I paid for a full year so I’ll stick with it but next year I’m not using Dramafever anymore.
