They rip you off left and right. They never get the promos right - especially when it comes to casino credits - I’m a VIP and treated like total dirt. I think they have bots working in “customer service.” And the platform is ALWAYS going down - like every 5-10 minutes - it’s basically a Criminal operation. MGM and Caesar’s are much more professional - these guys are gangsters

Why all of the sudden “checking location “ ?

I’ve been using DK for a few years now. The most recent “checking location” seems unnecessary and causes too much of a delay. Get rid of it.

Why am I getting error?

It’s wild card Sunday and I keep getting error every time I try to open the app. Fix it!!!! I spend too much money with you fold too deal with this

DraftKings is far superior to other DFS apps and it’s but even close.

Dishonest player information

Be careful when looking at player game log.Many are not correct information and are very misleading. I also tried to withdraw from a contest which they recommended, got in by accident when another contest was full.They would not let me withdraw my entry.They do not give accurate info on player game logs which makes a huge difference when deciding between two players. One point means losing in these contests.

Player advocates read from a script. Decent App as long as you pay attention to every detail and you don’t need to contact customer service. You should know most of us won’t get rich on any of these gambling apps. That said DK is a just your run of the mill gambling app with uninspiring customer service

Exceeded my cynical expectations

I live in NY and decided to mess with all the promotions going on with it becoming legal. I’ve used DraftKings before and lost more than I won because.. gambling. I figured the promos would have enough fine print to keep ppl from withdrawing winnings off of promos the way Ceasers does. I bet a dollar left in my account and the 100 promo dk dollars and hit a 1500 winner. I was able to withdraw those winnings with no issues which I feel is worth a review...especially after using Ceasers garbage app.

It would be a lot more entertaining if it would work properly. To not updating lineups , swapping players out you would never swap out. Saying player are injuries or sick and seeing them not only score but bode high fantasy points. Fantasy is hard enough without you guys making it harder. Just another disappointment

Company won’t take any concerns seriously. Only care if it will make them money or if they lose $ but get the public to be on their side. They never do anything cuz it’s the right thing to do
