I have had a draft kings and FanDuel account since you guys first opened and wanted to say it’s miles different having draft kings. You guys are on time with time. Offer fun things to play and join and never ever had a problem getting winnings from you guys . I just had FanDuel try to shame me for asking for 10 dollars outta 20 I won and keep me outta my account and Money,call me uncalled for and totally unfounded names. I’m a USMC vet and can tell you I’m never using them again an sorry to draft kings for not places every bet with them. They are a good company who actually pays outs not shames and tries to humiliate you. 100% people pick draft kings

College football slate today. During the second game of 4, the third game was ppd. Given there was only 1 game left for a player pool, and I ( like many I’m sure) had hace my lineup in the canceled game, dk refused to refund my entry. That is not ok. They are also incredibly slow paying out. Do not trust them

I usually use the Sportsbook but tried the daily while I was in another state that doesn’t allow sports betting. Tried entering a featured tournament. Once my lineup was finished I submitted it and the tournament was full. They tried to enter me into a similar one problem one that was nothing like that tournament. So I manually got into another tournament like it. Then I look and they entered me into the “similar” tournament that was nothing like it without my doing. I immediately try to leave the tournament. The terrible app does not let me do it. Numerous attempts when it says right in their you ca leave tournaments that haven’t started. This was well before kickoff. Terrible app. Use FanDuel if you want a good experience and good app.

They canceled my withdrawal and said they would send it to my account. Never happen they won’t respond to me now. The deposit on mobile app scams you with 500$ withdrawal if you don’t type a number so they can get people to deposit and then not return their money!!!!

Draft kings is a good site to make bets. Love it but also learn that everything game anit my game, so don’t go so hard with the money.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a daily fantasy sports app. I can tell you unequivocally that DraftKings does not value it's customers at all. Most of the contests are won by professional sports bettors who have computer programs to make lineups for them. DraftKings used to have a good rewards system, then they decided to change that recently because I assume it was too customer friendly, which they're strongly against now. On top of that they change rules of contests mid contest and don't care when you call them out on it. Their "customer service" representatives will tell you the customer is the bedrock of the platform, but their actions say they don't care one bit about the customer, no matter how long they've played DraftKings. For my latest inquiry I was told my case was escalated to a supervisor. Five days later I have not spoken to a supervisor and they've ceased all contact. Steer clear of this of this selfish company.

My account has been locked and you have no option to unlock it? There’s no customer service number, no email, no nothing. You search unlock account and 99999 articles come up. For everything EXCEPT LITERALLY UNLOCKING YOUR ACCOUNT. Trash, going to fanduel

Please don’t waste your time or money. Rigged against you. Might as well go throw your money in a trash can or actually just go give your money to someone who could use it. Then you would actually be doing something good rather than giving it to this scam of a sorry piece of crap company. That truthfully shouldn’t be in business. Wouldn’t even give them a star if I didn’t have too.
