The people that work here are a joke. You tel them what’s wrong they keep saying just send in 2 pics the front and back but it will only let you out one pic in. They want me to go back in do it all over send screenshots as if I’m lying. Most pathetic rude customer service I’ve ever delt with. So sick and discussed

I think this an ok Sportsbook but with all of the choices out there now and all of the bonuses and options other books, like FanDuel offer there is better options out there.

So I tried them out! They give very little information on how to place bid’s with only seconds to bid. So it took only seconds to take my money so I could place bids but it takes over to weeks to get a check in the mail ?TWO WEEKS! A paper check!! Really!!

I have been logged out of my account, trying to get back in before the games tomorrow. I’ve emailed support, and they just keep sending a repeating email asking if I need help. I’ve replied yes 3 times and they just keep sending the same email. I’m about to switch to yahoo.
