Works Great, Accuracy OK

The application is easy to use and works great for tracking private Northwestern & Lurie Children’s shuttles. Only issue preventing this app from getting 5 stars is the location accuracy which is typically off by 1-2 blocks. This is a bit less than I would expect with a modern GPS system. App sill works more than good enough for me even with the accuracy limitations. Thanks.

Really great idea, not fully implemented. This app is normally super helpful, but is not always accurate which is unfortunate. I don't know if it's a problem with the app or the buses or what, but sometimes the times or the buses themselves are nowhere close to what is actually happening,

This app is garbage. 1 it never shows where the bus actually is, it tell you the bus is at one stop while it could be 4 stops ahead or behind. 2 the bus sometimes doesn’t even show up on the map so you have no idea whether it’s running or where it is. 3 when you email them about the problem, all they basically say is “oh sorry” And then they don’t fix it. Don’t waste your time with this garbage.

Never can see the shuttle that’s on route

The past two years I’ve been trying to use this map I never can see the bus on this app. Idk if this is the shuttle company itself or the just the app bc I always manage to see the bus that is in the garage and none that are on route.

Works great, but there is still no support for iPhone X, which draws away from the experience.

My app always seems to crash my iPhone if I do not have the data turned on. That is my only issue with the app. Great for telling me when the bus is arriving at college.

Great, when it works

Whelp Chaos

I use this app during the week. It allows me to see when my bus is coming to a stop near me. But every once in a while it won’t show me the bus loop I’m interested in or it won’t show me the ETA of my bus. This is frustrating as i’ve missed my bus before.

Please fix a bug where the bus keeps changing location and is off sync. This makes the app very unreliable.
