I literally can never see my bus it disappears off the map al the time and my bus system is awful

This app works well when the bus driver remembers to turn it on. Otherwise you are standing at the cold bus stop wondering when the bus will come.

On my Android, whenever you tap the spot it would show you how many more minutes before the bus will arrive but on iOS you have to tap the stop and then tap the name of the stop just to view the arrival time of the bus. Please make make it easier. Let us users, tap the selected bus stop and then show the arrival time of the bus. It should be easy!!??? How can you do that for Android but not for iOS!

When a coworker introduced this app to me I was thrilled! I can see where the bus was and get an idea. The past two weeks I’ve been unable to locate my bus. It won’t show certain busses that had before . Also doesn’t show them at designated stops. It’s really unfortunate I went through the process of doing the app said it up etc. and I thought it would be very beneficial to have it due to standing outside for long periods of time waiting for the bus when it hasn’t showed up in time. All the find out now this was a waste of my time. I’m going to call the local BC transit and talk to them but if this is a glitch in the app I would like double map to be held responsible and find a solution to this problem.not happy please fix or I will let all my coworkers and other that ride the bus to as well write a bad review and discard this app.

I waited an hour because it kept saying 30 min. It never updated the shuttle was arriving even after I boarded the shuttle.

I think this app would be better if there was some way to be notified when the bus is heading towards the stop where you wish to be picked up. What would be ideal is the ability to pin a location so you would then be notified when the bus passes the designated pin. It is frustrating to have to constantly watch the map to know when to start heading towards the pickup location. Otherwise, I think the app is very useful.

This app helps withkeeping you informed on exactly where your bus is. It keeps you from freezing to death or heat stroke while waiting needlessly long at tge stop
Saved me from freezing at a bus stop

I use this app in Rochester, MN. Like I saw in another review, they are sometimes horrible at keeping to their own schedule. This has saved me from having to stand at a stop for 15 minutes in sub-zero temperatures. As long as they remember to turn on their transponders, it works like a charm!

Location and bus often do not match. Almost daily ... example ... app shows bus will arrive 3-5 minutes when at that stop while very next stop (1 block away) the app shows arrival 72-75 minutes yet the stop just after that arrival 1-2 minutes. Contacted this app and told contact bus service. Bus service says contact app. At this point I have given up!!!
Lines lay on top of each other!

Hard to see lines that go one the same roads. Difficult to click on stops when your location is near the stop.
