Never can see the shuttle that’s on route – DoubleMap Bus Tracker Review

The past two years I’ve been trying to use this map I never can see the bus on this app. Idk if this is the shuttle company itself or the just the app bc I always manage to see the bus that is in the garage and none that are on route.
