Great game but there are a lot of bugs. Controls need improvement. The porting feels half-@ssed. Don't abandon the game because it's been out for a few years. At least fix it.

Awesome! First time I hit New Game and the first level music came on I sighed....I was back to my childhood!! Thank you!! One question, I would love to be able to use the everlasting life and everlasting ammo cheats every once in a while. Are those possible? That would be the cherry on top.

why have the classic doom game with the doom 3 UI? this is strange and doesn't make any sense! have the UI and main menu be the menu from the original game, it's strange to mix doom 3 and doom 1 menus for the iPhone port. just leave it as the original and keep it as true and close to the first doom as possible! and multiplayer? BRING CLASSIC UI BACK MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THE OLD VERSION AND OLD MENU!!!

Id. When do you guys plan on updating this game for IPhone? Still cannot use the double barrel shotgun. And would like more options for gameplay (multiplayer)!!!!!! Maybe another 2 years.

i had fun the first few levels but every now and then the key board would pop up and the game would crash its really annoying

Doom is undoubtably a classic Game, and certainly one of the grandfathers of gaming. Which makes me very happy to report that this port is almost seamless. The controls are kind of strange, but you will probably get used to it quickly. But short of a few graphical glitch, I haven't seen almost any difference from my PC version of the game. It is definently worth $5. If you like Doom, definently buy this and play it on the go. Just as good now as in 1993. 10/10
