This is the first version of Doom I ever played, and I would love to play it again, but I can’t since it needs to be updated for IOS 11, please bring this classic game back to IOS

Sound and all black. Swipe through running apps, see doom! Select it, see doom for 1 second, the screen turns black again. I want my $ back. Does no one test software anymore?

Buy this game. Plain and simple. It's and excellent port that plays great on the iPhone or iPad. Not having to worry about aiming on the y axis (up and down) makes this every but as enjoyable as playing on a computer or console (IMO). Plus, you can save the game at any point! This package includes all 5 Episodes, so don't forget to start a new game and choose the next episode when you finish one. I would recommend this app to any FPS fan, Doom enthusiast, or just gamer in general. This is a wonderful trip through the history of the first person shooter. Easily one of the best games I've played on iOS. Oh, don't forget to configure your controller to your liking. I opted for a regular FPS (left stick movement, right stick aim) and then made the sticks invisible. ID, please port Doom II and consider bringing back multiplayer.

Nothing but a black screen when starting up levels. Completely unplayable. Requesting a refund immediately.

I still love this game, and it's cool to play it on iOS, but there are some problems. The controls can be difficult. In some cases over compensating, and in others doing the exact opposite of what you want them to do.

The game is great, but right of the start the controls are BAD. I have barely played this game but it is so difficult to play with the controls. No swipe controls, the wheel control option is useless, and the the way you move is the same way you look. The run and gun feel of doom is destroyed by these controls. I hope this is fixed soon.

Plays just like the original, only with touch controls. Even has cheat codes, if that's your kind of thing. Would recommend for Doom fans, though it's still amazing if you haven't played the originals. Do yourself a favor and buy it, as it's better and more replayable than 90% of the other games on the app store.

I would give 5 stars if I could play on my iPad. Doom was my favorite game growing up. Works fine on my 6s.

BRING CLASSIC UI BACK

why have the classic doom game with the doom 3 UI? this is strange and doesn't make any sense! have the UI and main menu be the menu from the original game, it's strange to mix doom 3 and doom 1 menus for the iPhone port. just leave it as the original and keep it as true and close to the first doom as possible! and multiplayer? BRING CLASSIC UI BACK MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THE OLD VERSION AND OLD MENU!!! WHY NOT CLASSIC UI? RUINS THE APP!!!
