These controls are terrible. You need to go back o the original controls. This is hideous. I’ve played Doom since the early 90s, and it is now my least Favorate because I can’t play it on the fly on my iPad like I used to. John Carmack, and John Romero for sure wouldn’t approve of not having rapid fire at only a press and hold of one control like Doom is intended to be.......fix it Now!!! Nobody likes this game controls. TAKE A HINT YALL!!!!

It’s a great port and the controls have been improved significantly, the add ons are great too! Bethesda should add mod support too if they can!

I,along with a lot of other reviewers hate the new controls. Please go back to the old controls. The game was much more fun than it is now.

Cannot use full auto with plasma gun at all, can barely do it with chain gun

Please fix the weapon controls... using a chainsaw or chain gun is hard to control... trying to double tap to let the chain gun shoot continuously our chainsaw is very difficult!!!

Can someone explain why did they change the controls with the new version of IOS?? I absolutely hate them. The ones we had on the older IOS version were so much better!! PLEASE go back to original.

The controls are absolutely TERRIBLE. Doom is one of the simplest, easiest games to play, with controls even a child could figure out, and yet the developer had taken a flawless, simple, easy to use system, and made the a huge mess of it. Everything is great, but the controls literally render this latest version unplayable. Dont waste your money.

You can’t turn and shoot at the same time! iOS 13 supports Xbox and PlayStation controllers. The recent port to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 supports these controllers, so why can’t this port?

Thanks for updating the app so I can run it, however, I’d imagine the point of updating it was so that we can enjoy it again, not continue to let it collect dust on our phones. Please update the horrendous controls, or give us the option to revert to the original style of controls.
