Good. Simple. Easy. But not enough.

I like this app. It's easy to use, it's more tactile, very simple, and allows for pruning your to do list based on time. This app will probably work for a whole lot of people, but I kinda wish there was subtasking and feedback. I like being able to see progress. It keeps me motivated. Maybe that means adding check boxes to the notes section, grouping cards and displaying % complete per group in a creative way, or an excited animated person hiding behind every card that progressively gets more excited as the card moves upward. Displaying progress will make this pleasantly tactile app the best choice for task management. Honestly, I'd give you another star just for adding check boxes in the notes but I'm open to alternatives. :)

Great support

I really like this app, but a couple of weeks ago it started crashing. I contacted customer support and they got back to me that day and tried to help with the problem. We couldn't get the app working, so they had me send the diagnostics to see if there was something in the code. Within in a day or two they told me to download the update. Low and behold the app opened up right up after the download and I've continued using the app. In the end they're still are a couple bugs, but Doo has a great support staff to go along with an easy to use app, and that's why they get 5 stars.

Needs a few things!!

Magicman_22

When I snooze something, I really need the option of when I want to snooze it till. My tasks are not always at the same time the next day!! Please add a pop up when I snooze something to let me choose when I want to snooze it till. (See swipes for this they do it very well!) Now, if I create a task with no timeframe and then want to later add a time it takes about 5 steps!! Please make this easier as well!! All in all a great app that could use a little improving!!!!

Love the illustrations

This is the only to do app I have been using so far, and it works for me cause I really love swiping those well designed cards. Wish there'll be more illustrious coming.

Exactly what I needed!

Doo is the best! In other apps, if an item does not have an assigned date/time, then it does not show up in the schedule view. If an item becomes overdue, it is often separated out under "overdue." With Doo, items with no date/time and items that are overdue stay in my stack for today, and roll into the next day if I don't complete them. I don't have to constantly fight the app to maintain a simple consolidated to-do list! It works just like a paper list. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the app, although there are some things I miss: - An Apple Watch app so I could quickly view my stack and mark items as completed on the go. - Ability to mark items as completed from the today widget. I supposed it would defeat the point of the swiping, but when I am already looking at my list in the widget, it feels unnecessary to have to open the app and swipe the card.

A pleasure to use

This is truly a fantastic app. I love how the UI is geared toward getting things done one at a time, yet gives you the flexibility of viewing all your tasks at once. Every interaction in this app is well thought out and is delightful. I hope the designer/app creator continues to maintain/update this app.

Useful. Simple. Good Looking

Doo is awesome for so many reason, the only drawback is that it's not on Apple Watch! Would love to be able to get alerts and swipe my cards from my wrist, especially if I'm going to be paying 4 dollars for the app.

All my reminders were deleted with the latest update

emansilla79

I had more than 30 reminders setup and when I upgraded to their "greatest" update all my reminders were deleted. These guys are amateurs! Edit: It seems like after getting my negative review they added instructions on how to restore the missing reminders after installing the update and I got my missing reminders back. These instructions should have been provided from the beginning. Better yet, after the update, the app should show a message with these instructions instead of getting scared for a while thinking your information is gone. I still think this update was handled in an amateur way.

Still my favorite!

Thank you for your update! There are hidden gems like location reminders, sharing, etc with this new update! And yes -- if you look under "what is new", you will find the solution to missing reminders. Thanks again developer for this beautiful, elegantly simple to do app! I love it! ?

Disastrous update repaired

Dmj2012zxcfd

UPDATE : The developer put out an update on April 17 that has fixed the problem, and all days is restored. Thanks for being so responsive to the issue. With the April 14, 2017 update all my reminders have vanished. I followed the developer instructions to clear the cache and then resync, but it did not restore my data. I'm doomed. No possible way for me to remember everything I have lost. Zero stars for this update and no chance I will use this app again. Beware.
