I love the DG app and specifically shop at DG bc of it. However everything I scan rings up 0.00 and it makes it hard to plan for a trip or just even know the price. Super frustrating.

The need to delete a coupon is a must. There is no way to delete a coupon and I have one under saved that keeps renewing on its own, a lower value coupon. I just will not be buying the product. Please give the option to unclip.
Hard to shop when every item I scan shows 0.00.

Fix the app or get rid of it. It’s useless as is, and inconsiderate shoppers throw things all over and make huge messes when they have to take things to the register to have scanned and don’t want. Makes it hard to continue shopping at DG
Crashes CONSTANTLY

This app is constantly crashing, I can’t even click to view coupons without it getting stuck on a loading page and then sending out an error and to try again. Extremely frustrating

This app is so terrible!! Dollar General needs to spend some more money to make their systems work. The app will only work on wifi. Get anywhere near the store where they are too cheap for wifi and no couponing for you. The app should be able to work in the store. Great features but “an error occurred” does not help my shopping experience at all! I love dollar general and would spend so much more money here if their systems functioned. The next store gets my money because they aren't a hassle to deal with!

I cannot do anything on the app, no matter how many times I close and reopen or redownload the app. I cannot scan anything, clip coupons, or make a list to shop. Please help.

Downloaded app wouldn’t even let me set up an account. App is as bad as the stores anymore. Family dollar here we come.
