She went beyond the call of duty for me. I’m a senior citizen and had bought 2 cases of water. I was not able too put them in my vehicle. She saw me standing there and came to put them in. That is the sweetest thing that could be done and she was alone in the store at the time. She needs a great shout out. Store number is 06908

Can log in and see specials can’t clip coupons or make list. Have deleted app and reinstalled, have completely deleted account even got new phone still app won’t work right and has not in about 4 months

Dollar General Store #21766 the address is 226 Winsor St Jamestown Ny 14701-3830 716-413-0031 I’m very sorry I’m just getting to respond to this. This was my first visit of this store, the store was pretty clean and organized. I have visited another location and I won’t return. I was greeted with a smile from both Renee and Gretchen. They were both very helpful with all of my questions about the Dollar General app. I couldn’t have ever asked for anything or anyone who taught me so well. I don’t completely understand it all but I will be sure to keep trying to make it work. Dollar General has become my store that’s helping me think, read different things without my phone lites, games with lights and stuff. I know the math is easy but are helping me figure out equations. The pictures are very nice in app coupons so I can see what I’m supposed to get off of the shelf. I have brain cancer and heart issues and colitis. Some of my days aren’t so great when I have to get things I need for when I’m in Pittsburgh for appointments and tests. It’s nice to be able to walk in the store and get what I need instead of runs around a big store. I come in and my stuff I need to have packed as the hospitals limit some silly stuff. However like I said Renee and Gretchen were wonderful. To me being in retail since I was 17 years old customers deserve our best. Those 2 knew what Exceptional Service was all about. Thank you Renee and Gretchen for not only helping me with the app slow enough for me to understand. They also helped me in the aisle. For once in the last 5 years of brain cancer and struggles along the way they helped me and showed me that some stores truly do care. Thank you Have a good day.

I love Dollar General because you can get so much for so little money. And when you’re only income is Social Security you need a store like Dollar General.

I love Dollar General but I just wish that my store was cleaner and more organized. I think that as a company, you should take pride in your store being clean! I frequent Dollar Tree and Family Dollar and their stores are clean and the isles are cluttered. Please value and take pride in your stores appearance, please!

Dollar General is so convenient for me. It saves me time and money. No more trips into town for the items I need. The staff is always helpful and friendly at the Scottsville Road 41-e location. I wish they would carry more groceries and produce.
