Problems with update

Hi, I love the app and I do not like to shop without it. But the app is not scanning items correctly after the update. When will this be fixed?

-Items in the store scan $0.00 and listed as out if stock when there are shelves full and clearly not $0.00 per HHE (although that store us selected). -store discount coupons do not properly attach -totals are incorrect -store managers are told they cannot price adjust to correct -insufficient stock in stores -items listed on sale and available in app, yet not in store or in their delivery manifest PLUS -inadequate hours to properly staff the stores -one person in a store is NOT caring about the security of the staff.
Glitches too often

I rely on the app when I do couponing. When the app updates it messes up. Whenever I scan an item to put in my cart it shows $0.00. Super frustrating.
Says 0.00 for many items please fix!

Since the latest update, I’m unable to scan in store. Some things will show up while others show 0. I went grocery shopping and bacon wouldn’t show up. Main reason, I like to keep a list of what I put in my cart for the total. For other things such as clearance items even, lots were not ringing up and I had to ask for a price. Why fix* what isn’t broke?

But......... yall what in the heck is wrong (this week) in the app it won’t scan crap. It’s hard to coupon or clearance shop! Pls fix ASAP! This is upsetting a lot of people! Js this isn’t the first time this has happened unfortunately!
Coupon feature never works

For some reason I can never use the coupon feature. It always gives me an “error processing your request” message. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded a few times. It’s frustrating especially when your at checkout at the register and can not use the coupons on the app

Suddenly, since the last update, I am getting prices of $0.00 on items. Now I know DG is not giving things away, but this is ridiculous! Several of the items were sale items and I could not tell what the new price was. Other items looked like they were first time in the store. I ALWAYS relied on this app for my shopping...having the prices handy kept me in budget! Please fix this glitch; it is such a pain to have to go to an employee and ask them to check a price.

It’s been a week now that the prices are not accurate on your app. So you telling me I can go get all the items on my list for free?! Bc that’s the price your app says. $0.00. Come on DG!

I absolutely love this app! Very useful in the store! Nothing wrong with it in general! Except right now I’m having a glitch where 50% of the things I scan, they scan as $0.00. I’ve tried everything to get rid of it... but nothing seems to help!
