Used for years with great success...until I upgraded to iPhone 6s. I tried it to re-sync files and longer works. App and Mac app crash each time I try to sync. Have tried multiple options such as removing both apps off Mac & iPhone...continues to crash.

Because... I can send work I created in other apps to this app and transfer them to my PC where I then can use another PC application to email my work to a friend for viewing. It works for what I need it to do and I'm happy with it. I'm hoping that the app will not be abandoned like so many others. I occassionally check my other apps in iTunes, and I have been seeing more of them which simply do not exist anymore, or have turned into something that I do not own. One of the apps I am talking about is, or rather was, called "Pastebot." Now it's called something else and there is a price on it. It's not what I originally bought anymore. So, what happened to the Pastebot app? I have no idea. I guess it just morphed into Tweetbot or something like that. ... My previous reviews start HERE: Okay - I got brave and decided to update the app. So far I am having no problems. NOW HERE IS MY PREVIOUS REVIEW > > Due to all the warnings not to update I am hesitant about updating. So I will wait. Other than that, I think this is a great product. I've had it for years with no problems. It is simple to use and very handy. It's the only app I have for the purposes it serves. I have not tried any other apps that do the same thing because I was satisfied with this one. If necessary, I would look for similar apps, but so far I haven't found the need to look around.

This won't update and won't delete. Lost so many docs. I've updated iOS every time. Waste of money!!!

I still use Documents to Go almost every day. Have the Microsoft apps, but I like choosing when and where and if my changes are backed up, and to which folders, instead of my device choosing to use data or syncing when I'm not ready. Cloud security has not impressed me so I avoid critical data storage on any cloud. I do wish dataviz would do something more like what the peer-to-peer that was the old Microsoft's Windows Live Mesh did, but this is pretty close. Select which device gets which files, get on same wifi, hit the button, go to the next device, do same. Annoying when I have to figure out when I do two different changes, but not a problem. I have been doing it for a while. Keep up the improvements! We notice. Oh, and by the way, with the current Version: 5.2.9 (781) , on the iPad Pro 9.7 inch, a word doc window firsts open up as if in portrait then corrects to landscape after a second. Odd, it didn't do that before. Not a biggie. Update, only required a reboot. All fine, thanks to Docs to go help team! Thanks! Previous review here: Ahhh! Password protect still works for earlier versions, when Microsoft changed their password open to the encryption method, it won't work, but if you save the file in earlier version of Word or Excel it works. Love the new improvements, I'm sure they will get encryption to work soon. Been a user of Documents to go since Palm Pilot days and it gets better and better! Use Excel and Word all the time on iPhone and iPad.

I can no longer sync any of my files since my last iPhone update, emojis make this app crash and often times a document which I'm currently writing becomes a read-only file WHILE I'M CREATING IT! Update your app, guys. This is ridiculous.

Works syncing Dropbox files with 6s+.

It does allow Dropbox file opening and saving and sync after Documents to Go Premium closed. Dropbox notifications allowed and documents to go given requested permission in iPhone settings. Then from document to go cloud area I could open my Dropbox file.

I was under the impression that if I purchased your full version of Docs to Go on my IPAD that I would be able to create, edit and save NEW ppt. Boy was I wrong. Your description of your product is misleading. Please refund me the $16.99 I just paid for this App. I can't use it and will be uninstalling it immediately. Thanks

I had this App for long time. I'm student. To turn in any project, the instructor require double space, in the App looks like double space, but when I printed out it did not have double spaced. It me or App problems. Thank you

This application is riddles with formatting issues. Cells appear to change format for no reson at all. How about adding functionality? If I wanted to be running to the desktop to fix cells all the time I would just edit my stuff on excel directly! I wish developers would not rush stuff to market before making sure it works properly ... no updates since December 2015 ... again I should have known better!
