I upgraded for 7.99 for the full version of this and now everyone my kid tries to play it, it crashes. And of course I can’t seem to figure out how to get a refund.

Bought a new bundle and it crashes every time she tries to use it. Refund should be given. If it is resolved, I will update my review.
Restore purchases does not work

DO NOT BUY IN APP PURCHASES!! I bought my daughter the “unlock all babies” add on for this app. I cannot get it to restore purchases on any of our devices!! I wasted money for something she can’t even use. I’ve talked to app support multiple times and they were not helpful at all, and they gave up on us. My daughter is devastated that she cannot play one of her favorite games. I’m really disappointed - all I want is for this game to work. I’ve exhausted all options and no one will help. It’s definitely not an issue with our devices as I’ve tried it on two iPads and two iPhones!

My 4 year old loved this game but unfortunately it no longer loads! She cries for it daily! It’s been down for awhile!
In App Purchases Don’t Work

You guys FINALLY make an update and I think you FINALLY fixed the problem and that my daughter will FINALLY stop asking me “when the babies we bought will wake up again.” But...nope. Still not recognizing my purchases. I’ve tried restoring purchases, deleting and reinstalling the app. Doesn’t work. And apparently you’re all fine with just taking everyone’s money and not fixing the problem or giving your customers what they paid for. Great job, Disney. ??

I purchased this app but it doesn’t work. The app keeps crashing. New babies can’t be selected even when purchased waste of money on app that doesn’t work!
