Worked great for about a year then died on me. My hospital’s IT department told me it’s because my phone is old. Which is true (iPhone 5), but every other app I have works fine...

Great way for practitioners and staff to text in a HIPAA compliant way. Unfortunately between it delaying your ability to reply for 5-8 seconds while it "thinks" (picture Windows95 via dial-up modem) and crashing roughy 20% of the time, neither of which happened with older versions and neither of which have been responsive to deleting the app and reinstalling it several times, the app is quickly becoming more trouble than it's worth. FIX THIS!!

Battery drain, frequently not working and crashing or messages not going through recently. Could be better.

I use this application daily and I find it helpful and a timesaver as I can avoid going through our call center and contact a physician directly. I've also routed all my pages through the program so I no longer have to wear a pager. Well worth trying.

Notification sound doesn't work when iPhone is locked. This started after I updated the app and the iOS.

Is there any way to update the app to include a volume control for alert sound? The "doc halo" alert is loud, but other alerts require the phone volume to be turned all the way up in order to be heard.

When I first signed on to be a Superuser, Doc Halo worked pretty well. Since then, it's getting slower and slower. It crashes regularly. I often have to navigate away from it and come back after a few minutes so that it has time to "think" before I can respond. I have to admit, if the bugs keep up, I may not continue using it.

As an app that is geared towards healthcare professionals, this must be one of the least user-friendly apps around. The delay between message and the intermittent freezes make it easy to dislike the software. Why do I use it? It's not because it is a well-written app.
