App is not working well in iPhone 12 pro

I can’t read or send messages on my iPhone 12 pro. I guess this requires an urgent update.

- delayed messages, sometimes appear on the screen, sometimes not - can’t preview on the closed screen ( I understand HIPPA- but what’s the difference if I unlock preview on the locked screen or just open the app) - can’t add or delete people from groups - creates new chat for the same person over and over - I will not even mention how clunky, ugly, lacking functionality this app is. P.S. after last update on October 2020 many of my coworkers told me it’s not even working. I am afraid to update.
Stop with all of the new threads

It starts a new thread with EVERY new conversation, even with the same people. It’s so annoying. Unnecessary!! Please, please look into changing this. Please start combining the thread with the same exact people.

Honestly, the developers of this app have made great improvements to it over the last couple of months. 20.3 seems to be working great with no issues!

Worst app ever. I am not sure how its popular and approved. Many times I can only receive messages but can't send. Hundred times I could see the messages and they will still be flagged even though I try exiting and restarting my phone and sometimes reinstalling the app, but imagine what happens I get reminder notes for them!!! I can't describe how abnoxious experience that I get using this app. I am a critical care physician and I get a lot of the so called "halos" and this is a presistant problem. I wish I can rate with 0 stars but unfortunately I can't. One more thing, it's unbelievably hard to form a new message, you have to go to contacts and find the contact and then message. Not just write the name in the new message search bar like any half decent app. Congratulations to the marketing department for the company for marketing such a terrible app. May be the developers can benefit from your strategy

This app USUALLY does the job it advertises. Secure messaging. Update 2020: their actions show a focus on marketing over engineering (new icon ?, same embarrassing notification sounds, sluggish UI / performance), so moved 3 to 2 stars.

So many bugs with this app. Half the time isn’t doesn’t load, messages don’t get sent. Once a message is read it isn’t registered as read.
