DMIMixer also works with the built-in or plugged-in microphone but in that case both input channels will use the same mono input. In this case You can still pan, amplify and monitor the input signal.
DMIMixer supports Audiobus so You can filter or record Your instruments using Your favourite Audiobus enabled apps.
Features:
- Set level and pan for each input channel independently
- Set level of the overall stereo mix
- Level can be varied between -INF to +12dB
- Double-tap on any knob to set to default value
- See the incoming or the outgoing audio signals on the built-in oscilloscopes
- Monitor the incoming or outgoing audio signal levels on the built-in VU meters
- Set the levels to clipping volumes go or beyond to achieve distortion
- Use DMIMixer standalone or as an input device in Audiobus

* Compatible with iPad2, iPhone4, iPod Touch 4th gen or newer. Requires iOS 7 or newer.
On older devices such as iPhone 4 where the Camera Connection Kit is not supported only the microphone input will work, thus You can use DMIMixer with limited functionality.
** To use external microphones or guitars You should use a DA Converter which accepts microphone level input or use a separate preamplifier to get line level signals.
Excellent app and developer. The first build I downloaded had an issue with the microphone settings. I contacted the developer and he resolve the issue immediately. This app now does exactly what I need!!
I just got this LIL app So it works as expected however there is a GUI bug that I have noticed! I'm using an ipad mini and there seems to be white boxes where the numerical data is shown. In the App Store photos there aren't any white boxes. ( I have not tried yet with AUDIOBUSS to see if the white boxes are still there ) Updates just tried it with AUDIOBUSS and yes the white boxes are there. It seems that the app is not finished. I will also try it on the ipad 1,2,3,4 and see if the boxes are there still!! Where is the app support? When I tap app support I'm brought to a page that does not even show this app or any links to email any kind of support!!! My next step is I will be calling apple for a refund.
Does what it says and just what I need for some audiobus set ups. I use a 2 channel M-Track via camera connection kit and need to sum both channels for going through the audiobus chain into loopy. This does the trick with nice meters and a waveform display to boot. Thanks for an elegant solution to a simple problem.
A nice and simple user interface. I plan to use it for setting input levels from a USB-connected mixer before shooting videos. I'll add comments if any problems appear.
