In the past this app used to be extremely buggy, not allowing my to sign in or search for items, but it has improved majorly! I love using it to shop or just browsing for new disney items.
Would not allow me to use the app

Because the app detected my phone MIGHT be jail broken WHICH ITS NOT. It stated it doesn't support jail broken devices and would close.

I absolutely love this app! Instead of going to the actual Disney store, you can go to the app and look up thousands of Disney items. I highly recommend this app to all you Disney lovers!

Very terrible app- first it does not like my zip code so could not place my order. So I entered it several times so I just change it when it does not like the one on file- I use the 5 digits-& then the next four digits- I usually have to go back in forth 2 to 3 X to place an order with this VERY FRUSTRATING APP- Use the phone to save yourself frustration. I called & got no help over the phone except delete app & then get it back -Same-So bye bye APP!!

Just tried to make a purchase, but it kept telling me to enter an email address, when I already have one on file. This prevented me from completing my transaction! This app needs work!

A big company like disney should really have a better app for customers, i try to register but cannot, it keeps telling me im not eligible to register!!!

If I could have given a 1/2 of a star I would have! Terrible shopping experience, went through and picked out several items, added to my cart and when I went to check out it shows the cart as empty. I really expect more from Disney!
Won't open

Trying to open my app but it only tries and kicks me out every time. I guess I'm not supposed to shop today or at least with Disney. I guess I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.
Crashes when open

Now when i open the app, it crashes! This is recent since the update. Before the update, it was really slow. I updated since it said it improved it's performance, but now i find the app worst then before. Why? Because i can't even open the app! Disney, if your going to improve something-improve it! Don't make it worse!
