Why do I not get rewards???

I have watched many ads and haven’t got a cheats gems or anything. Fun game but if it says watch this to get this I expect to receive the rewards

If you have any screenshots that might help to illustrate the situation, please, attach them.” What they don’t tell you, is that they will never look at or acknowledge your details and screenshots. Instead months later you get “It's been awhile since you reported this problem, and there's a good chance that it was fixed in one of the recently released game updates. Ad videos are sort of fixed, they don’t give rewards until the app is closed and then restarted and then you receive all previous rewards at once (received two diamonds, two chests, one silver chest, and five event chests at once)

listen, Disney is one of my favorite things, ever! so this game should be super fun to me...but i literally cannot play it: it freezes almost every second. how am i supposed to enjoy a game that i physically can't play? i was hoping this would improve with updates, but so far nothing. please fix this!!

I love the game and it’s characters, I love it when you add classic characters from the older movies, but the only thing i don’t like is you can only have 100 characters in the park. I have a lot of characters sent home, because you are only allow 100 characters. I think you should have as many characters in the park as you want or the more space you unlock in the park you can increase the amount of characters you can have in the park.

Once upon a time about five years ago I started playing this game it was fun. As time progressed the game became less fun because of the back to back events and having to earn characters by collecting event currency or trying to be number one on the leaderboard to get rides or other stuff for the game. The amount of tokens needed to level up characters got insanely high and it takes forever. Oh but if you live in certain counties you can buy characters with gems.

I absolutely :) :) enjoy and love playing magic kingdom’s a lot however would like to see more theme based attractions from California Adventure, Epcot , Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios Such as Like Pixar Pier , Cars Land , It’s Tough to be A Bug, Pt Circus, Fliks Anthill , Splash Mountain, RocknRollerCoaster and New characters such As Oswald ,Figment ,The Aristocats characters , Brer Rabbit, Brer Fox, Brer Bear, Flik , Princess Atta, Princess Dot , Hopper, The Circus Bugs, Pt Flea , Lightning McQueen, Mater, Sally and the Radiator springs gang, Koda , Keni, The moose brothers, Keni’s Brothers , Horace Horsecollar , Clarabelle Cow, The Dairy Cows , The horse and The rabbit and the villain from Home on the range and New parade floats from Cars, A Bugs Life, Brother Bear , The AristoCats and Home on the range!! :) :) :) :)

No rewards, bad service

I used to really enjoy playing this game w my son. He still loves it but is too young to see all the flaws. No rewards for the hundreds of times I watched a video ads to open chests or earn credits, still freezes up on a new device, spent more money on gems & characters than I care to admit. This recent Pinocchio update I contacted customer care b/c as a leader board event ended my son was in first place (he literally counted down to the end) and we didn’t get first place reward. I contacted support and was sent a note that “Too bad, we show you didn’t win.” Very disappointed in the game and service.

Read it now! I Love this game because it has Disney and I am such a huge fan of Disney? I favorite character is all of them but here’s my favorite ones. Mickey Mouse? Elsa❄️ Ron’s gone wrong is my favorite movie that just came out? I also like Encanto it is so full magic??‍♀️??‍♀️???‍♀️??? but there’s one major issue I still like Disney though whenever I login sometimes it always cuts out on me ?‍?but sometimes when I go in it’s still fine and when I re-download it it took forever and I said can’t download Disney kingdom and one day it was ready?
