Game doesn’t work

futurespacealien

I downloaded this game several months ago when a friend told me about it. I got through all the opening scenes, and then the game crashed. It won’t let me do anything. I’ve deleted it and re downloaded it and it’s exactly the same. I was really looking forward to playing it, but now I’m not sure I want to. It’s very frustrating.

I love Disney kingdoms

?????????

Disney kingdoms is the best

Horrible customer service!

Buttercup0407

I have been playing DMK religiously for over 3 years. Got a new phone about a month ago and now it’s making me chose which account I want to play on when I never created a new account. Messages customer support and after talking to 6 different people and countless messages that lol days for a response…. The problem still isn’t fixed. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They tried telling me to log out of my Game Center and then it should work… I shouldn’t have to do that. I’ve never had a problem until recently and now nobody can seem to fix it.

It’s fun but

Waste of time and money

Meganloraine

I honestly LOVED this game, so much that I continued to spend actual money on occasion to try to help myself progress faster in some areas. There’s nothing quite as disappointing as doing an entire event, being on the game all throughout the day, doing everything I’m supposed to including spend $3.99 and $4.99 to get two new characters to ensure I get the final one for the event….only for the last day to arrive and I still won’t have enough time to get him because they only left him unlocked for 3 days and want you to have an insane amount of tasks accomplished that take several hours each (including leveling up other characters along the way). Like, what do you except me to do GameSoft never sleep? It’s bad enough that when you do competitions and they have leaderboards, you do what you can and you’re doing decent but then somebody who is double your level with probably twice the amount of characters unlocked comes and does a clean sweep and knocks you right off the board. Just make it fair for people who have been playing 5 years, 1 year, or 1 week. At this point I’m so frustrated and disappointed, I refuse to spend another dime on this game because clearly it doesn’t help to.

Fun but can’t finish character events and tired of transactions

pinocchiofan

Mainly what the title says. It is a fun game and you get to collect your favorite Disney characters but I can’t finish the character events without spending a lot of money to either get characters early or spend money on gems to help speed up their tasks. I’d like to game to be played without micro transactions and maybe shorten how long an event character’s task is, and maybe make the events longer so that people can get their characters without time running out. The event I’m playing right now is based on my favorite movie and it ends today so even if I bought all of the characters and buildings (I spent money on two characters already) I still can’t finish the event without spending more money on gems to hurry the characters up! I know I can get the characters later either in a limited time chest or even later on when Maleficent takes over for a limited time, but I don’t know if I can go back and progress through the story that the event has planned for the characters or not, but I’d like for that to be an option too because these stories are really interesting. Or maybe just do away with these limited time characters, buildings, storylines, etc. and just make all of them kingdom story so that we can just progress the tasks and get the characters at our own pace like the other kingdom base characters and buildings, like Mickey and Friends or Toy Story. This is a fun game, but with all of these micro transactions for events so you can get limited time characters and buildings, it’s only fun when you’re rich.

Love it it
