No rewards, bad service – Disney Magic Kingdoms Review

I used to really enjoy playing this game w my son. He still loves it but is too young to see all the flaws. No rewards for the hundreds of times I watched a video ads to open chests or earn credits, still freezes up on a new device, spent more money on gems & characters than I care to admit. This recent Pinocchio update I contacted customer care b/c as a leader board event ended my son was in first place (he literally counted down to the end) and we didn’t get first place reward. I contacted support and was sent a note that “Too bad, we show you didn’t win.” Very disappointed in the game and service.
