This app used to be really good but now it constantly is cutting out or freezing. It is so annoying.

I have been trying to use this app for months now and cannot get it to work. It continuously tells me that my hopper cannot be found if I manually type it in and if I try to log in with my credentials it immediately tells me my session has timed out.

What is much money as it takes for everybody every month if you think they would spend a little bit of it and create a much better app is like a real disappointment you could build the same app for like $1000 on freelancer.com Do better

The newest player has a couple issues for me: 1) when watching a channel it’s not as easy to change channels. The old player has an easy option to enter a new channel directly, while with the current player I have to close the current show, return to the guide and select the new channel. 2) when trying to view DVR shows, there seems to be an issue with the number of shows that have been recorded. I have a show with recorded for a number of seasons so there are dozens of shows. When I try to view an episode, it has trouble loading the show and just seems to ‘spin’. Sometimes I get a message to check my connection which I know is fine. It is not my WiFi network as it is handling over 200 Mbps. If I have a show where I have a couple shows recorded, playback is fine, no buffering or loading issues.

App logs and won’t te connect with receiver if not used frequently. Have to delete app and re install it for it to work again.

Previously, the app was very good for streaming, minimal buffering and since the lastest updates the stream option does nothing but buffer. I end up using the station apps more than anything. It has truly been a downgrade in service

i really never watch live shows but this app is ruining the bachelorette!!! it will play for 2 minutes then stop. i’ve rewatched the ending of family feud and the commercials before the show 8 times now. i give up

For as much as I pay you guys for tv One would’ve thought you would have a better app then this one. You should switch the name of the app to (dish from home)
