The programs are good, I got this to watch Homestead Rescue. Now, I don’t mind ads when watching something for free, that being said the amount is ridiculous. One show and the first break had 6 ads, second break had 5 ads, and then EIGHT! It’s crazy and not worth the hassle.
Freezes up after every episode

After every episode I have to delete the app, reinstall it then sign in to my provider just to watch one episode. Then it freezes again. Junk app. I complain that I have to delete and reinstall the app after every episode in order to get it to work and your advice is to try and re install it? God help you. Month later still having to delete and reinstall the app then sign into my provider after each episode. Once this series is over, DELETE PERIOD!

7 commercials every 10 minutes is absurd. How am I supposed to binge watch and enjoy a show with 7 seasons? I downloaded the app specifically for a show I found. Now I’m sorry I liked the show and will have to forfeit. I expected more from Discovery. These apps are worthless.
More ads than watching on Cable TV.

Great shows, too bad the app saturates the steams with 8 to 10 ads every 10 minutes, most of the time it takes longer to watch the show than it would viewing it on network TV. Just another greedy network, I’ll stick to torrenting, no thank you advertisers, I don’t want your products, don’t waste my time.
New update crashes

The new "playback" update crashes the app on iPad every time I play a video,worked fine before

Slow loading, hard to navigate, doesn’t remember what I was watching but show other shows I’ve never watched in “continue watching”, commercials are rampant. An awful app.
Not as good as others

Seems like more commercials than before. If going to have political ads, need to represent both parties, otherwise it seems very one sided.
