Wish the widget would work

Widget keeps saying offline and has the entire time I’ve had it. I’ve tried restarting my phone. Disabling and re-enabling feature, removing and then re-adding the app and no changes. Online forums have no other helpful info.

Customer support is a make or break anything for me. If they dont have good support I dont use their products. Their support is absolutely top tier.

Notifications don’t always work

Notifications don’t always work. I noticed that when I got gas multiple times that I wouldn’t get a notification that my card was used. Then I started noticing that with other purchases. I checked my settings and I had notifications on. Then I went to see what else wasn’t coming through on notifications and discovered a bunch of fraud on my account as well. Also being able to dispute a charge through the app would be helpful since not all of us are tied to a computer 24/7 and prefer to dispute things right away.

My biggest complaint about using the Discover Card app is the unreasonable deadline (by 5:00 pm Eastern Time) for the posting of payments on any given day. You’re able to instantly post my debits at any time of the day; why can’t credits be posted at any time of the day, too?
