I have this app for about 1 year and it is not very user friendly. Instead of displaying all your transactions, you have to choose the time period you want to view — with that they list the transaction from oldest to newest. It can be confusing to use.

I can’t see my minimum payment due or the day that I should pay it! I’m trying to find a way to fix it, but until now no one could help me with it.

It asked me to verify my password and pin number and then still wouldn’t let me in, it was very frustrating to say the least

Discover is hands down the best card there is! They are my only credit card. Although I haven’t used app yet, I know it will be awesome. Discovers customer service team are top notch! All US based people. That means more secure. Even discovers automated call center is great! ?❤️??

Wow, terrible company! I have an 800+ credit rating and you closed my account for no reason??? Way to mess up my open credit rating without consulting me first.

I was looking at my bill and noticed that they were taking out the minimum payment instead of the full amount of my bill. I signed up for paperless billing and automatic payments. The next time they did it l called them to tell them the situation and they could not explain why they did it. I feel they were trying to charge me interest on my billing because they were not paying the whole bill and before you notice you have a large bill to pay. Keep an eye on your account so you don’t get an interest charge or a big bill to pay later. I cancel my direct payments and am getting my bills mailed to me so they can’t do this to me anymore. Poor business action.
